Is Azmont Investments interested in Mediteran complex on Zabljak?

Offers delivery deadline for the international tender for long-term rent of military and tourist complex, Mediteran on Zabljak has been extended until December 12 while the deadline for tender documentation purchase is December 5.

The first offer delivery deadline was January 31 but it was extended until April 7, then July 4 and then until October 3 so that now it would be extended for the fourth time.

According to the unofficial information of the Mina business agency, Azerbaijan Azmont Investments, which is building a resort in Kumbor, is interested in the complex.

Experienced domestic and international investors with financial ability have the right to participate in the tender as well as those with experience indesigning, construction, marketing and tourist complex business.
