Agrokor announces sale of 95 shops

The Agrokor consortium, twice in more than a month, announced sale for rent or sale of its 95 shops in Croatia, in line with the obligation set up the Agency for market competition protection, Seebiz portal reports.

The first announcement was released August 6 and the second one September 15.

Thus, Croatian Agrokor again offers locations which it has to sell immediately after the decision of Agrokor’s takeover of Mercator was registered at the court registry of Slovenia since the company in early September became the owner of 80, 75% stake at Slovenian trade chain.

There are 95 Konzum and Mercator’s shops of different and formats offered to let or to buy.
