Preparations for land development for Belgrade on water – City Planning department is developing spatial plan of the Sava coastal area.

The City Planning department of Belgrade will develop the Spatial plan of a special purpose area of development the part of the coastal area of the City of Belgrade – coastal area of the Sava river for the Belgrade on water project.

The procuring entity, the Republic Agency for spatial planning will assign the contract of public procurement in negotiation process without releasing a call for offers since the City Planning Department Belgrade solely has the right to carry out activities with respect to city planning and spatial planning of towns, settlements and space for the needs of Belgrade.

The City Planning department should deliver the offer by August 29, 12h, which will be followed by negotiations.

According to deadlines, the Draft should be ready by December 3.
