Proposal of the Law on real estate turnover adopted

At today's meeting, the Government of Serbia adopted the Proposal of the Law on real estate turnover which more precisely governs ownership forms, the right of first purchase as well as compliance with other effective laws.

One of the most important news in the proposed law refers to legal procedure which governs real estate turnover. It is planned that contracts on real estate disposal are made solely in the form of public notary document which results in higher safety because a public notary produces a contract and takes care of the protection of rights and interest of contracting parties.

The Proposal of the law on real estate turnover was sent to the National Assemvly of Serbia for urgent consideration.
