Flats are the most expensive in Budva, the cheapest in Niksic

In Q2 this year, the average square meter price of new flats in Montenegro totaled EUR 1.147 and is 0,7% lower compared to the same quarter next year, data of the Montenegrin MONSTAT statistical agency data show.
Compared to previous quarter, the average square meter price
is 6,5% lower.
The statistical agency report states that the most expensive square meter price
of new flats in Q2 which totaled EUR 1.890 was in Budva and only two flats were
sold, Cdm.me portal.
In the compared quarter, 196 newly-built flats in Montenegro were sold and 168
in the previous, which is an increase of 16,6%.
MONSTAT states that most of the newly built flats were sold in Podgorica, 156, while
40 was sold in other municipalities.
In that period in Bar, 27 flats were sold, the average
square meter price totaled EUR 1.024.
Three newly built flats were sold in Niksic at the average price of EUR 600.
