Commercial bank has announced sale of active office premises in the center of Belgrade.
Two corporate buildings located next to each other.
The first building, located in Resavska street 31 (on the corner with Misarska street), has 3.411 square meters. The building consisting of office and sales premises is only 100 meters away from 'Beogradjanka' building, and it is sold by the starting price of 6,03 million EUR. The object has a car wash garage and 5 garage places.
The second building, located in Resavska street 29, 1.944 sqm, also has both office and sale premises. The starting price is 3,5 million EUR.
Auction sale is scheduled for August, 28, 2014, at 11 am, in the premises of Commercial Bank in Makedonska street 29.
