Construction of luxury flats to start first - Belgrade Waterfront investors request designs for two buildings

Preparations for the commencement of construction of the Belgrade Waterfront are in full swing. Considering that the Master Plan has been finished and unveiled to the public, investors are already asking architects to submit their bids for the preparation of necessary documentation for the construction of residential towers, that is, two residential buildings, the daily Novosti reports. This is the first in a series of projects within the first phase of works, which also includes the construction of the Belgrade tower, shopping center and two hotels.

Given the deadlines set for prospective architects, investors are serious in their intention to start the construction as soon as possible. In line with an agreement between the Serbian government and partners from the United Arab Emirates, our companies will be maximally involved in the design and construction of this complex.
