Imlek calls AGM for June 27 - No draft decision on profit distribution yet
The Supervisory Board of the largest domestic dairy company, Imlek, has called the regular annual general meeting for June 27th. This meeting will be open to all shareholders or their proxies holding a stake of minimum 0.1 percent on June 17th (the Day of Shareholders).
This meeting will see shareholders discuss the adoption of regular and consolidated financial reports, but a draft decision on the distribution of last year's profit will not be on the agenda. Imlek turned a non-consolidated profit of RSD 2.3 billion in 2013, down 14.9 percent from the year before, whereas its consolidated profit was at RSD 3.9 billion, up 39.9 percent from 2012.
Since the beginning of this year, Imlek shares have gained 18.2 percent in value. With the latest share price of RSD 3,530, the company's market cap is at RSD 28.4 billion (EUR 245.5 million).
