Big reconstruction of city-hotel "Sveti Stefan", tearing down of hotel "Kraljičina plaža", new wellness complex "Aman spa"...

City-hotel Sveti Stefan, which has recently been rented by Singapore-based company "Aman resorts" on period of 30 years, will be thoroughly reconstructed. It has been announced that the number of rooms will be reduced from current 90, so that, after the announced reconstruction, the guests of Sveti Stefan will be paying 1,000 USD a day to stay in this famous summer resort.

OTher guests and local inhabitants will be no more able to use the hotel beaches of Sveti Stefan. Hotel "Kraljičina plaža" will be torn down and the construction of wellness complex "Aman spa" is in the pipeline.
