New attempt to sell Srbolek building in Sarajevska Street, Belgrade - Public auction on 20 May 2014

Despite the opposition of minor shareholders, the property of once powerful pharmaceutical company Srbolek will go on auction block. It seems that objections and requests for preventing further sale of property of this company fail to give any result as the Srbolek`s business building in Sarajevska Street has been put up for sale once again.

The property that the bankruptcy manager has put up for sale includes a facility at 82 Sarajevska Street - a residential and business building and a reception booth next to Savska Street (341.6 square meters), a facility at 84 Sarajevska Street - a 3,986 square meter residential and business building (ground floor + four floors), and, finally, office furniture and equipment.

All these facilities are offered for sale as a whole at a starting price of RSD 208,066 million. Srbolek's property will go on auction block on 20 May 2014. The auction will be held at 80 Kneza Milosa Street, 1st floor, in Belgrade. For more information, click HERE.
