Beko to sell shop in Knez Mihailova in Belgrade - Public tendering scheduled for May 13, 2014

Belgrade's ready made Beko in bakruptcy announced the sales of real estate (with auxiliary furniture) in eight towns via public bids.

Shops in Knez Mihailova St. in Belgrade (2.746 m2), as well as shops Zeleznik (80m2), Bajina Basta (259m2) and Vrbasu (545m2) were offered to buyers.

The initial price for the outlet in Belgrade totals EUR 8.399.820, for the one in Zeleznik EUR 40.576, in Bajina Basta EUR 124.644 and EUR 288.455 for the one in Vrbas.

Then, a resort in Belanovica, plants in Lazarevac, Arandjelovac and Kovin are on sale as well.

Public tendering is scheduled for May 13, 2014 at 12 o'clock in the premises of Beko in Knez Mihailova 44 in Belgrade.

Beko has been trying to sell a part of this property through public bids collection.
