Stara Pazova offers five land lots in industrial zone

Stara Pazova has published a public notice of the alienation of undeveloped building land in the Nova Pazova industrial zone, offering five land lots ranging in size between 4 and 20 hectares.

The southern part of the Central Industrial Zone, where this land is situated, is surrounded by the infrastructure corridor in the north, E-75 highway (Belgrade-Subotica) in the east, and Nova Pazova's agricultural land in the south and west.

The starting price of the smallest parcel is RSD 40 million, whereas the largest costs RSD 158 million.
