Jelova gora sells its motel in Ribasevina and office space in Uzice

The bankruptcy manager of the Uzice timber company Jelova gora has issued a notice of sale of the property of that company, which includes a motel in a place called Ribasevina.

The estimated value of this 550 square meter accommodation facility is RSD 16.25 million.

Besides, four more units are put up for sale – an office space in Nikole Pasica Street in Uzice and four apartments in Ribasevina. The estimated value of the office space is RSD 14.546 million.

It is pointed out that the estimated value is neither a minimal acceptable price, nor binding for bidders in any other way.

Bids can be submitted by 1 PM on March 31st.
