Bravo Hotel in Loznica put up for sale - Value estimated at RSD 187.82 million

The bankruptcy manager of the Bravo S&S company has issued a notice of sale of part of the company's property which includes a hotel in downtown Loznica.

This hotel called Bravo has a cellar, ground floor and two above-ground floors and occupies a total surface area of 1,521 square meters. The hotel is put up for sale together with a warehouse. The estimated value of this property is RSD 187.82 million, but it is not binding for bidders. The deadline to submit bids is 7 April 2014.
