Property of Stankom put up for sale

The business system Stankom in bankruptcy today published a notice of sale of both movable and immovable property by public auction.

This company is selling nine facilities with the most valuable of them being a seven-floor building in Valjevska Street in Belgrade, whose starting price is RSD 150.68 million. Among the expensive facilities going on the auction block are also a collective garage with a starting price of RSD 79.63 million and a business building in Kraljice Katarine Street, whose starting price amounts to RSD 72.67 million.

The public auction will be held March 31st at 33 Kraljice Katarine Street.

All interested potential buyers are to pay a deposit in the amount of 20 percent of the estimated value of the real estate of their interest, maximum three days prior to the auction.
