Business building in Mihajla Pupina Boulevard up for sale - New attempt to sell property of Brodoimpex

Brodoimpeks in bankruptcy has put its property up for sale by public tender.

Potential buyers are offered a warehouse in Zarkovo with an estimated value of about RSD 102 million, a business building in Mihajla Pupina Boulevard in New Belgrade whose value is estimated at RSD 308 million, and a business building in Kosovska Mitrovica with an estimated value of RSD 28 million.

The public opening of bids will be organized on the premises of the Privatization Agency in Belgrade on March 25th.
