One&Only hotel complex construction starts April 1st in Kumbor

The building site of the hotel complex One&Only in Kumbor near Herceg Novi will be opened April 1st, it was announced Friday (21 February 2014) by the project investor, the Azerbaijani-Montenegrin company Azmont.
As announced, a thousand people who are now being trained for the job will start working on the construction site in Kumbor in about a month.

The hotel complex in Kumbor will cost about EUR 500 million. New exclusive tourist and residential facilities will be erected in the location of former barracks, and the investors announced they would preserve, to the greatest extent possible, some rare varieties of trees that had been in that place for a very long time.

As it was announced earlier, the hotel complex in Kumbor will be modeled after baroque buildings in Perast, a town in Bay of Kotor.

By the way, the commencement of works on this building site was ceremoniously marked back in the summer 2013.
