Chinese buy expensive apartments in Porto Montenegro

People from China are coming to Montenegro not only to build roads (given that they are entrusted with the construction of the first stretch of future Bar-Boljare highway), but also to buy properties that are already built.

Wealthy citizens of the world's most populated country have bought themselves luxury apartments in the residential villa Ksenija, the sixth such facility within the nautical and tourist resort Porto Montenegro in Tivat.

- Most of the total of 48 apartments have already been sold - said Danilo Kalezic, the spokesperson of Porto Montenegro.

Aside from the Chinese, buyers are also rich men from Singapore and Thailand.
