Croatia sells Prevlaka?

In the second phase of privatization, the Croatian government plans to sell 28 companies, including Park Prevlaka.

Prevlaka is a state-owned company that possesses land on the namesake peninsula, the daily Vecernje Novosti has reported.

Dubrovacki Vjesnik reports that Park Prevlaka should primarily serve as a "proof" that Croatia is not going to sell that peninsula to the neighboring country of Montenegro. It is still not clear if Croatia also sells the land on Prevlaka or only the company that manages that land.
