Azmont wants to lease Mediteran complex in Zabljak

The Council for Privatization and Capital Projects has extended 7the deadline to submit bids for long-term lease of the military and tourist complex Mediteran in Zabljak until April 7th. The original deadline was 31 January 2014.

The Council has also extended the deadline for the purchase of tender documentation until March 28 at 4 PM.

According to unofficial information from Mina-business news agency, this complex has attracted the attention of Azerbaijani company Azmont Investments which is currently building a resort in Kumbor.

The military and tourist complex Mediteran in Zabljak comprises a land of 13,950 square meters on which 20 facilities are built. It is situated 1,460 meters above the sea level, in the most attractive zone of the national park Durmitor.
