Department store in Kovacica put up for sale

Kovacica-based Buducnost in bankruptcy has issued a public notice of sale of the property including a 1,670 sqm department store in Kovacica and another 14 stores.

The starting price is set at RSD 57,226,556.50, and all bidders are to pay a deposit of RSD 22,890,622.60.

The deadline to apply for participation in the public auction that will be held February 11 in Pancevo from 11 AM is 4 February 2014.
