Tourist complex at shore of Lake Skadarsko - Montenegro seeks investor

The Montenegrin Privatization Council has invited tenders for a long-term lease of about 13.13 thousand square meters of land for the construction of ECOlodge tourist complex on Vranjina Peninsula.
This land is situated in an attractive zone of Skadarsko Jezero National Park, near the Bar-Podgorica main route, at the very shore of the lake.

Bids must be submitted by 12 noon on 7 March 2014. All bidders are to pay the deposit or enclose a bank guarantee of EUR 200,000 with their bid.

All local and international creditworthy investors who have experience in designing, building, promoting and managing tourist complexes are free to bid for a long-term lease of minimum 31 and maximum 90 years.

Bids will be accepted from all interested bidders who have purchased the tender documentation at a price of EUR 10,000 and signed a privacy policy. Tender documentation can be bought by 4 PM on 28 February 2014.

The amount of fixed rent cannot go below EUR 1 per square meter.
