Investors offered about 40,000 square meters of land on the Bigovo-Traste site near Kotor

The Council for Privatization and Capital Projects of Montenegro has invited all interested companies to submit their bids by February 21, 2014 for a long-term lease of the Bigovo-Traste locality near Kotor and the construction and management of that tourist complex.
Bids are invited from creditworthy local and international investors experienced in designing, building and managing tourist complexes that are interested in a long-term lease of aforementioned property for minimum 31 and maximum 90 years.

The land offered for rent covers a surface area of 38,490 square meters and features 43 high-rise buildings. Investors are also offered a 1,990 sqm land stretching directly along the coast as well as a corresponding aquatorium space of 44,250 square meters.

Tenders will be accepted from all interested investors who have bought the tender documentation at a price of EUR 10,000 and signed a privacy policy. Tender documentation can be purchased by 4 PM on 14 February 2014.
