Who is going to build new tourist complex near Herceg Novi?

The Council for Privatization and Capital Projects of Montenegro has invited tenders for the lease of land and aquatorium in the location between Njivice and the moouth of the Sutorina River, in the municipality of Herceg Novi.
Tenders are invited from all creditworthy investors from Montenegro and other countries that are experienced in designing, building and managing tourist complexes. The lease term will be minimum 31 and maximum 90 years, during which the lessee is to build a tourist complex and manage it.
By the way, the land and aquatorium cover a surface area of about 30,600 and 17,313 square meters, respectively.

The minimum fixed rent is set at EUR 1 per square meter of land, that is, EUR 0.6 per square meter of aquatorium.

The deadline to buy tender documentation is February 28th, while bids must be submitted by 7 March 2014 at the latest.
