Tenders invited for military and tourist complex Mediteran in Zabljak
The Montenegrin Council for Privatization and Capital Projects has invited international tenders for a long-term lease of the former military and tourist complex Mediteran in Zabljak, calling on all those interested to submit their bids by the end of January 2014.
This complex in Zabljak is set to be leased for a period not shorter than 31 and not longer than 90 years.
As the Council said in a release, tenders are invited from all experienced and creditworthy local and international investors that have experience in designing, building, promoting and managing tourist complexes. Bids will be accepted from all interested investors, including consortiums, that buy the tender documentation by January 24th, sign a privacy policy and submit their tenders by January 31st at the latest.
