Fourth Interex hypermarket opened in Serbia, this one in Šabac

After Čačak, Niš and Zaječar, the new Interex hypermarket was opened in Šabac in Janka Veselinovića Street on November 15, 2006. This will be the opportunity for the citizens of Šabac to buy everything they need at one place and at low prices. There will also be numerous promotions and other types of benefits, such as possibility of purchase of goods with all types of electronic cards and checks.

Hypermarkets Interex are part of the biggest French retail chain INTERMARSHE, which exists since 1969. In ten European countries, INTERMARSHE group realizes annual turnover of about 40 billion EUR, which makes it one of the five most successful European companies, whereas it is 14th on the list of the biggest world market chains.

The investment in Šabac is worth 5m EUR and the facility was built by the domestic companies. The facility has total surface of 4,000 square meters, 2,500 square meters of which is retail space. The offer includes over 20,000 articles (93% of which are the products made in Serbia). It employs 60 workers and the competition was realized through the National Employment Agency. On that occasion, more than 1,000 applicants were interested in certain positions.

Hipermarket Interex will be open every working day from 8 AM to 9.30 PM, Sundays and holidays - 9 AM-7 PM.
