Lidl one step closer to Crvena Zvezda site in Nis

The City Council of Nis has adopted a draft decision on the transfer of ownership rights to immovables on the Crvena Zvezda site that has caught the attention of the Lidl company. In exchange for this location, the Defense Ministry will get apartments.

As it was said at that session of the City Council of Nis, about 1,500 members of the Army of Serbia in Nis currently have no place to live.

The City Council considered zoning ordinances in order to enable Ikea to start implementing its investment in Nis as well as to make it possible for Nis-ekspres to begin relocating garages from current location on Nemanjica Boulevard to its own land.

They also gave the green light for the introduction of Extra Parking Zone in the city core where cars can be parked for maximum one hour.
