Tivat-based Pine Hotel will soon get the fourth star. Following the reconstruction, this hotel owned by HTP Mimoza will cover a surface area of 2,600 square meters.
The Request for Proposals that Mimoza has published will soon be closed - the deadline for prospective contractors to submit their bid is 10 AM on September 15th. The estimated value of this project is EUR 1.4 million (exclusive of VAT).
The reconstruction project designed by Entasis and Montenegro Projekt from Podgorica calls for the reconstruction of the main part of the hotel and the construction of an additional floor on the ground floor in the northern part of the complex spanning 150 square meters. As of summer 2014, Pine will include 24 rooms and six suites with about 60 beds, a mini spa center, a restaurant with 120 seats, and a terrace.
