Far East Millionaires buying apartments in Ksenija - Construction of new complex within Tivat's Porto Montenegro marina kicks off
(Porto Montenegro)
Adriatic Marinas has submitted a request to the Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism to issue a building permit for the construction of the sixth residential and commercial facility - Ksenija, right next to the Tivat city boardwalk Pine. Works are due to commence this autumn, Blic Crna Gora reports.
The building designed by the London architectural studio Reardon Smith Architects and the MHZ company from Paris will comprise 48 studios, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments, a private pool and a gym for tenants, and a central yard featuring coffee shops and grocery stores. Ksenija will be built by Austria's Strabag, and is expected to be completed by the summer 2015.
Prices of apartments in Ksenija range between 350,000 and 2.2 million euros. The management of the Tivat-based marina say that most of the future owners are from the Far East.
