Construction of Jadran Hotel in Ulcinj to kick off 1 November 2013

Ulcinj Mayor Nazif Cungu has met with the representatives of companies Star of Montenegro and Morsko Dobro to reach an agreement on the commencement of construction of Jadran Hotel on Suka Peninsula.

Based on an agreement signed between the public company Morsko Dobro and Star of Montenegro, works on that location should kick off November 1st, which is why it is necessary to relocate 13 families who are living there at the moment. The plan is to build a EUR 660,000 residential building by the next summer as a permanent solution to the problem of accommodation of these families. The municipality will co-finance the construction of this building with EUR 150,000.

A tendering procedure for the construction of this residential building is expected to start by July 20.
