Construction of residential complex kicks off in Ovca - City of Belgrade seek contractors for preparation works

Construction of a residential and business complex in Belgrade's neighborhood Ovca, with about 1,400 apartments, is getting closer and closer.

The INvestment and Housing Agency of the City of Belgrade has published a call for proposals from contractors for preparation works for the first phase of construction of these emergency housing facilities. All interested companies can submit their bids by 26 July 2013 at the latest.

The Agency will appoint the contractor by end-August.

Once the complex in Ovca is completely finished, it should cover an area of nearly 8 hectares.

This is the first complex in Belgrade to be designed by as many as eight teams, and each of the future 15 buildings will have a different appearance.
