Small hospitality center within Jugoslavija Hotel - Two floors at famous hotel in Belgrade to open in August

One of the most famous hotels in Belgrade - Jugoslavija, will get a fully renovated hall on the ground floor that is due to open this August. This hall will feature a variety of hospitality, entertainment and service amenities. Also, two floors with about 45 rooms within this hotel should open to guests in aforementioned period.

Work on the rehabilitation, cleaning and regeneration of Jugoslavija has finally commenced seven years after the famous hotel was sold to the Greek investor Alpe-Adria. People at the Real Holding company, the lessee on behalf of the Alpe-Adria fund, say that the hall will feature a restaurant, pizza place, beauty parlor, playrooms...

- All parts that are protected by the state, such as stairs and the world's largest chandelier, have remained the same, whereas all other elements are renovated to create a beautiful and functional space - says Rajan Rajicic from Real Holding.
