The Privatization Agency has sold both movable and immovable property of the hotel and tourist complex Inex Zlatna Obala in Sutomore at a starting price of EUR 11,784,743.
As the Agency announced, the immovable property of the Inex Interexport Fund holding and the equipment of the Inex Hoteli company from Belgrade are sold to Grigoryev Alexander from Russia.
