Rent Terazije - 11 outlets in New Belgrade's theme park put up for rent

The Office Space Agency of the City of Belgrade today issued a public invitation to tender for the lease of space in the theme park 1930s Terazije Replica.

A total of 11 outlets are put up for rent - Hotel Moskva, Platna, Pivnica, Crveni Portali, Braun Prozori, Knjizara/Opticar, Poslasticar, two facilities near Poslasticar, Bakalnica/Oficirska Odela and Hotel Balkan.

These outlets range in size between 104 and 593 square meters.

Public auction will be held at 12 noon on 14 june 2013 in the building of the City Administration of Belgrade.

The deadline to submit applications is June 12th.
