Investment project Perkićevo Svilajnac - Treatment for the improvement of water quality

Position of the location: North-east from the centre of Svilajnac.

Surface: About 7,5 ha.

Ownership of the land: The owner of this land is the Municipality of Svilajnac.

Description of the location: According to the General plan of Svilajnac 2020. this location is reserved for the improvement of the present spring and enlargement of the capacities. It is 0,8 km far from the centre of the town, 1,5 km far from the railway Markovac-Despotovac, 7,5 km far from the highway Belgrade-Niš and 3,5 km from the Velika Morava river.

Infrastructure: this location is fully equipped with electric power supply (10 kV), water supply system with the diameter of Φ 300 mm, sewage system, telephone; there are access roads.

Additional information: This location is elaborated with planned and urbanistic documentation. Purchase of land is available. The spring “Perkićevo” has 12 wells. 11 wells are grouped within fenced area of the spring on one plot, while the 12th well of the spring is located 300 meters northward. Water is pumped from water layer of alluvia on the depth of 14 m to 17 m and the capacity of the spring is 120 liters per second. Maximum consumption in present exploitation is 81 liter per second.
