Ivica Todoric plans to build hotels at the Adriatic Sea and in the USA

Agrokor has signed a strategic partnership agreement with the tourist company TUI and Karisma Hotels & Resort, meaning that Ivica Todoric is about to start diversifying into the tourism industry.

The strongest businessman in Croatia plans to invest in hotels at the Adriatic Sea and in the United States of America in cooperation with his partners, and its first goal is to have a tourist complex built in Kupare, Novosti reports.

Kupare was once a barracks that now stands unused, and is situated in an ideal location, in the vicinity of Dubrovnik. The interest in implementing construction projects on that site has also been expressed by other companies, one of which is Turkey's Rixos. The state is ready to provide the investor with the right to use that location for a period of 99 years.
