Work on a new construction site in Belgrade, situated in natural surroundings and one of the most beautiful locations in the Banjica neighborhood, commenced in the first sunny days of the spring. CPI Group, a subsidiary of the namesake Czech company, started building the residential and business complex Paunov Breg on this site.
The future seven-floor complex spanning 9,000 square meters will comprise a total of 107 apartments. As investors told eKapija, first tenants are expected to move into Paunov Breg in May 2014.
- We`ve chosen a location in the vicinity of downtown Belgrade, with equally magnificent view of Mount Avala and the city center. The architectural concept itself perfectly fits into the surroundings. Much attention is paid even to the tiniest details of the facility as well as its quality with focus placed on natural materials. Paunov Breg is a complex intended for those wishing to live a more relaxed life – Veljko Gusic, consultant at CPI Group, says to our web portal.
Future tenants can choose between various apartments ranging in size between 35 and 90 square meters, which are situated in two separate buildings with two separate entrances.
- Both buildings will be built in line with applicable energy efficiency norms, and will meet the basic green building criteria. All apartments will be fully functional, featuring windows with thermally insulated low-emission glass, ceramics and sanitary elements of renowned manufactuers, first-class parquet floor, security entrance door, etc. - says Gusic.
This complex will also include a small business center covering an area of 1,800 square meters.
- Delhaize has signed an agreement with our company to open a Maxi supermarket within the complex. Aside from a grocery store, this section will also feature five or six other stores such as furniture shop, bank office, pharmacy, etc. Office space will be situated on the ground floor – says our interlocutor.
Children will enjoy playing in the yard featuring specially designed play areas while adults are shopping or relaxing in a peaceful ambiance.
The housing complex will offer tenants a two-level underground garage for a total of 46 cars.
Paunov Breg is designed by CEP, whereas the Akord company is entrusted with its construction.
As people at the CPI Group told us, there are many interested prospective buyers. During the promo period, the price per square meter will be at EUR 1,290.
