City Square up for sale - Starting price for business facility in Belgrade exceeds RSD 697 million

Astra Simit in bankruptcy today put its immovable property up for sale by public auction.

The company is selling its commercial and business facility under construction - City Square in Belgrade, situated at the corner of Kralja Aleksandra Boulevard and Gospodara Vucica Street. The starting price for this 8.961 sqm seven-floor building on a 27-are land lot exceeds RSD 697 million.

The public auction will be held May 28th in Belgrade, at 60 Kneza Milosa Street.
