Jugobanka Hotel at Mount Kopaonik put up for sale - Starting price set at EUR 3.7 million

The Deposit Insurance Agency has published an ad for the sale of a holiday resort at Mount Kopaonik, whose co-owners are Jugobanka in bankruptcy, Alfa Banka in Serbia, NLB Banka Belgrade, Jugobanka Kosovska Mitrovica and Kop star Belgrade, at the starting price of EUR 3.7 million.

Auction for the sale of former Jugobanka Hotel will be held April 4th at the Deposit Insurance Agency.

The proof of payment of a EUR 370,202 deposit and the application form should be submitted to the Agency by March 29th. All those interested who buy the auction documentation can tour the hotel in the period between March 18 and 29.

The Belgrade daily newspaper Nase Novine announced Tuesday that Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, who was recently staying at Kopaonik, was interested in buying that hotel.
