Coreside, as part of Savills L&P, one of the leading global real estate service provider, has been hired to sell Greek state-owned diplomatic properties in Serbia and Slovenia.
Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF) has announced an open tender to sell properties in Belgrade, Ljubljana, London, Nicosia, Brussels and Tashkent, and appointed Savills, National Bank of Greece S.A. and KLC Law Firm as advisors for the tender process and transactions.
