Beko sells factories in Lazarevac, Arandjelovac, Svilajnac and Kovin
Belgrade-based Beko textile company in bankruptcy today placed an ad in the daily newspaper Blic for the sale of its factories in Lazarevac, Arandjelovac, Svilajnac and Kovin, with all accompanying land and inventory.
The estimated value of the 3,893 square meter factory in Lazarevac is somewhat in excess of EUR 1.68 million, the factory in Arandjelovac (858 m2) is estimated at EUR 416,850 EUR, the one in Svilajnac (2,976 m2) at EUR 1.147 million, whereas the factory in Kovin (3,761 m2) is estimated at about EUR 1.5 million.
Beko has also put up for sale its store in Belgrade, 44 Knez Mihajlova Street, spanning 2,746 square meters, with the accompanying inventory and equipment, and the estimated value of this facility is about EUR 16.8 million.
Also, Beko's holiday hostel in Belanovica is also for sale, and its value is estimated at EUR 322,100.
The deadline to submit bids is 12 noon on 29 January 2013.
The estimated value is neither the minimum acceptable price nor binding for investors in any way. The public opening of bids is scheduled for 3 PM on January 29th.
