Savin Kuk ski lift up for sale - Starting price for property of bankrupt Durmitor ski resort set at EUR 3.1 million

The bankruptcy manager of Zabljak-based Durmitor ski resort has put the property of that company up for sale at the starting price of EUR 3.1 million.

The company is selling Savin Kuk ski lift with associated land, buildings and equipment, as well as restaurants Durmitorsko Sijelo, Montana, ski lifts, wooden houses.

The buyer is obligated to keep seven employees, and the deadline to submit bids is 23 November 2012.

As eKapija wrote earlier, the company MB Turist from Zabljak will be the lessee of the Montenegrin ski resort Savin Kuk during the next winter season.
