Bids invited for adaptation of Hercegovina villa in Ribarska Banja

An Invitation to Bid for the adaptation of Herzegovina villa and the completion of an elevator in Ribarska Banja has been published at the public procurement portal.

Petar Prijovic, deputy director of Ribarska Banja, says to eKapija that he hopes that the villa Hercegovina will receive its first guests after the reconstruction on 1 May 2013.

- The number of beds in this facility will be increased from current 77 to about 80 after the reconstruction. There will be more suites and all accommodation units will be luxuriously equipped. The new elevator will partially be panoramic - Prijovic explains and adds that BG Projekt Studio has been entrusted with the design of the villa adaptation project.

People at BG Projekt Studio say that they are still working on designs for this project.
