ProCredit Bank builds business center in Nis - Energy-efficient building worth EUR 1.2 million to be completed in early December 2012

ProCredit Bank said in a release that it had commenced the construction of a new, energy-efficient business center in Nis, which would house a new branch office of that bank.

Thanks to a modern method of construction and the use of contemporary materials and alternative heating, cooling and lighting systems, ProCredit Bank's new business center will meet the world's highest standards in the fields of energy efficiency, energy saving and environment preservation, reads the release.

In that way, the new business building of ProCredit Bank in Nis will cut the annual costs of heating and cooling by 70 percent, whereas the emission of carbon-dioxide in this facility will be 40 percent lower than in the buildings with classical venting, heating and lighting systems.

The intention of ProCredit Bank is to have the construction and equipping of the new building completely finished by early December 2012, as well as to invest over EUR 1.2 million in the implementation of this project.
