Tyrolian Real Estate offers EUR 1.28 million for land in Subotica
(the barracks site)
Austria's Tyrolian Real Estate has offered to pay EUR 1.28 million for about four hectares of land on the site of the Petar Drapsin barracks in Subotica.
Branko Guslov, director of the public company Industrijsko-Tehnoloski Park (Industrial and Technology Park) in Subotica, says to our web portal that the Austrian company was the sole bidder at the auction for the sale of that land, adding that it will now sign an agreement with the city.
As he says, the agreement is expected to be signed in late August, and after the money is paid, the investor will have five years to complete all the work on the land.
As Guslov announces, what the investor intends to build on that land will be revealed at the agreement signing ceremony.
Tyrolian Real Estate, registered on 8 May 2012 in Belgrade, is 100 percent owned by the Austrian company WO Objekt Vermietung und Verwaltung.
