Lustica Development pours almost 2 million euros in Lustica Bay

Since the beginning of this year, Tivat-based Lustica Development has invested 1.867.804 euros, i.e. more than 20 million euros in the Luštica Bay project, it was published in Q2 2012 company report.

As it has been said, the company is paying its financial commitments and it is within the project financial plan.

The preparation construction works on Lustica Bay project have started in February this year. Access roads, open golf filed and cleaned field for all 18 holes of the future golf field have been constructed.

Besides, Gary Player Design has been hired to design golf fields. Model suite and viewpoints at the future locations of marine, main road and golf hotel have been developed.

Lustica bay Master plan is currently developing into construction permits, and different international teams are carrying it out, Lustica Development announced.
