Park Apartments proving to be a huge success

GTC’s new residential development, part of the Block 19 project, catering to the virtually untapped, high-end segment of the residential real estate market, is proving a big success.

Buyer demand for high quality housing has been so strong that Phase A of this development is almost 70% sold out, and within only five days of becoming available, three of the Phase B apartments have found their future owners. Luxurious penthouse apartments are also a major draw, with half of them already sold out. The foundation is currently being laid, and construction is projected to be completed by the end of 2007.
