Water fun soon at Termalna Rivijera in Bogatic - Sites for suite complex, hotel, shopping center for sale

Construction of infrastructure and access roads to Termalna Rivijera in Bogatic is completed, and craftsmen now busily work on a wellness swimming pool and a restaurant, which should be finished until the first summer days.

The owner of Termalna Rivijera has decided to offer investors a building land for a suite complex, hotel and a shopping center.

As people at that company told eKapija, a land lot for the suite complex is put up for sale, and it comes with all the required documentation, town planning permit, developed infrastructure and the main design.

- Land lots for a two-hectare hotel complex and an one-hectare shopping center are also for sale.

The aqua park Termalna Rivijera will be one of the biggest and most modern parks of the kind in the Balkans. All swimming pools will be filled with thermal water, which produces a hydrothermal effect (temperature), hydrochemical effect (chemical content of the water) and a hydromechanical effect.

The Macva region, especially the area around the small town of Bogatic, is famous as one of the richest sources of geothermal water in Europe. Water in the pools will be chilled to the temperature of around 37°C in outdoor pools and 32°C in indoor pools.
