Novi Sad selling 2.4 hectares of land near future Hyatt Regency hotel and Trinity Park business complex

The City of Novi Sad will offer, via public auction, publicly owned building land with a total area of 23,997 m2 on Novosadskog Sajma Street, designated for the construction of a hotel and business complex with a floor structure of B+GF+10.

The starting price for the sale of the land is 869.9 million dinars, while the deposit required to participate in the public auction is set at 173.98 million dinars, representing 20% of the starting price.

The auction concerns cadastral plots 7530/11, with an area of 16,353 m2, and 7530/13, with an area of 814 m2, which are in the public ownership of the City of Novi Sad. For construction purposes, a single building plot with a total area of 23,997 m2 will be formed, incorporating smaller plots currently under both private and public ownership.

According to planning documentation, the site is located in the area surrounding the Futog Park, along Novosadskog Sajma Street, and the building plot is designated for the construction of a hotel and business complex with a floor structure of B+GF+10.

The land in question surrounds the former Hotel Park. The Hyatt Regency Novi Sad hotel and the Trinity Park business complex are set to be built on this site.

Applications for the public auction are to be submitted on October 5, and the auction itself will be held on October 6.
