New residential square meters in Stara Pazova – SPV Luxury Cirila i Metodija plans to build residential and commercial building

The investor SPV Luxury Cirila i Metodija plans to build a residential and commercial building with a floor structure B+GF+4+L in Stara Pazova.

The total area of the cadastral plot is 1,557 m2, and the scope of the urban development project is about 2,000 m2. There is a building on the plot that is planned to be demolished.

On the ground floor of the planned building there are two business premises - a shop for the sale of consumer goods - a retail store for household appliances, the sale of consumer goods, or service activities (banks, insurance companies, accounting services, project bureau, etc.). The second business premises on the ground floor are intended for a catering facility or a cafe.

The upper floors feature apartments exclusively. Each floor has ten apartments, while the ground floor is planned for eleven apartments. The floors are accessed via a passenger elevator and a staircase that connects everything from the basement to the loft.

A total of 58 parking spaces for passenger cars are planned. A total of 49 parking spaces are located in the underground garage, while 9 spaces are located in the open part of the plot.

The project developer is Urban Project from Stara Pazova.

The urban design project is on public display until September 7.
